Strategic Consulting for Nerea

Nerea is the leading xRM/CRM consulting and implementation company in Southern Belgium and Luxembourg. The company, founded 2000, faces a rapid growth, aims at internationalising its activities and needs a fresh boost in its strategic positioning and corporate communication. Early Stage has proposed to analyse the current situation and define the strategic communication schemes for the coming years, taking into account the different parameters, opportunities, threats and corporate capabilities. Proprietary methodologies have been deployed during workshops and internal sessions. The result will be used in any project the company will run around its image and communication (website, new logo, revamped graphical chart - but also content and market posture). The first main deliverable was built around the logic of binding the different levels (strategy, tactics, communication and deployment plans) to ensure an overall consistency. It's always a pleasure to work with a young and dynamic enterprise we follow since the very beginning. It allows mixing professionalism and fun, release our own voices, and, finally, increases the overall level of quality thanks to this mutual understanding.
