Catholic University of Louvain: Web portal audit
Between 2004 and 2008, Early Stage (Sinople) worked on two specifics missions for the UCL:
1. Web portal: Evaluation of the UCL’s web portal efficiency according to several KPI’s.
The aim of the project was to evaluate the overall performance of the website based on specific KPI’s.
Our methodology consisted out of the following steps:
- Making up a shortlist of possible KPI’s from whom 3 KPI’s were chosen for the final evaluation.
- Evaluate the global portal performance after 3 years. Did the project reached its initial objectives?
